Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you offer free delivery?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

- Avoid getting them wet, as this can affect the materials and finish.
Can I protect my artificial flowers from the elements?
Yes! If you plan to display your florals in a conservatory, porch, or anywhere exposed to sunlight or occasional moisture, we recommend using a weather protection spray. These are widely available in most craft and DIY stores and can help protect against UV fading and damp conditions, keeping your flowers looking beautiful for longer.
Can I reshape the stems or petals?
Yes! Most of our stems are wire-based, meaning you can gently bend and reshape them to achieve your desired look. Take care when handling delicate petals to avoid tearing.
