Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece from Whimsical Blossom Floristry. If you are not completely satisfied with your artificial floral arrangement or home decor item, you may request a return within 14 working days of receiving your order.
To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 working days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item in its original, unused condition and packaging, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom-made items.
